What happens if clients DO NOT use all their hours before the expiration date?
Before purchasing the Business Momentum Package, I kindly ask clients to make sure that they need at least 20 hours of services per month. If clients are unsure of how many hours of support they’ll need per month, they are encouraged to pick the business management package instead. Please note that hours will expire on the expiration date. All purchases are non-refundable.
What if I’m having trouble thinking of work I can pass on?
No worries! If clients need help figuring out what other tasks can be delegated, they may schedule a work meeting with me to determine what additional projects or tasks I can assist with. Alternatively, clients may use the “Delegation Made Simple” tool, a fillable PDF that provides a list of ideas of tasks that can be delegated daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Clients can also take the 10-Minute Stratigic Delegation Audit. A strategic audit that identifies what no longer requires your time freeing you to lead with vision and ease.
