What happens if clients use all their hours before the expiration date?
Great question!
If clients purchased a 15-hour/month package with a 3-month commitment, they may upgrade to the 20-hour/month package for the remaining months of the 3-month period or purchase an additional 10 hours.
If clients purchased a 20-hour/month package with a 3-month commitment, they may purchase 10 extra hours. There’s no option to downgrade.
What happens if clients DO NOT use all their hours before the expiration date?
Before purchasing hours, I kindly ask clients to make sure that they need at least 15 to 20 hours of Business Management per month. If clients are unsure of how many hours of support they’ll need per month, they are encouraged to pick a basic package instead. Please note that hours will expire on the expiration date. All purchases are non-refundable.
What if I’m having trouble thinking of work I can pass on?
No worries! If clients need help figuring out what other tasks can be delegated, they may schedule a work meeting with me to determine what additional projects or tasks I can assist with. Alternatively, clients may use the “Delegation Made Simple” tool, a fillable PDF that provides a list of ideas of tasks that can be delegated daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
