When it comes to business, there are two worlds that I enjoy: Virtual Assistant and Real Estate.
Here’s how these two worlds come together for me.

Before I officially opened my Virtual Assistant business, my dear friend, and now client Debbie hired me to help her manage her two-bedroom condo in Hartford, CT. She was getting ready to retire, to move out of the state, and needed assistance with the things she couldn’t handle from afar.
As a condo owner, I had already gone through the process of renting a place to a new tenant: posting ads, organizing property viewings, communicating with potential clients, etc. I also experienced what it was like to respond to tenant messages, deal with maintenance issues, manage projects, and, my favorite duty, collect rent 🙂
So working with Debbie as an assistant property manager made total sense! And I loved it. I still do.
Assisting in property management made me realize I wanted to invest in Real Estate more, so in January of this year, I joined a Real Estate coaching program with CTREIA. CTREIA is an organization that provides knowledge, networking, mentoring, and coaching to help people invest in real estate to gain financial freedom.
Yesterday, I finished my 3-month coaching program and couldn’t be happier!
Learning about Real Estate has opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities. I’m very excited to see what’s next and witness how my VA and RE worlds keep coming together!
