Keeping several different calendars, one for work and a personal one can become confusing for your daily routine.
Typically, people that go from being employees to entrepreneurs use a calendar associated with their personal email for their personal life, but when they start a business, they get a new email account for work. So now, they have two calendars. Having two calendars (or more) can lead to issues like missing an important appointment, and it requires making an extra effort to keep an eye on each calendar.
In today’s article, I will show you how to integrate all of your calendars in one place and make your life easier. Since there is only one place you can be at any given time 🙂
Here’s how to start in three simple steps:

1. Decide which calendar you’re going to use. Open the other calendars and transfer your appointments manually or hire
someone to migrate them for you. Be sure to look a year ahead so you don’t miss any recurring events like anniversaries and birthdays.
2. Use the correct email address. Make sure all calendar invites sent and received are done so using the email address tied
to this calendar.
3. Ask other calendar owners to share their calendar with you. Your children, significant others and select clients.
If you use Google calendar click here for step by step instructions, click here if you use Outlook.
When you’re finished with the consolidation, you’ll be able to access your calendar across all your devices knowing that everything you need is in one place. Now you can keep your activities in one place and be confident that they’re always up to date and easily accessible.
