Sometimes the fastest way to move a business forward is not adding more to your to-do list. It is focused time, the right support, and a plan you can execute in real time. Recently, I had an in-person co-working session with my client, Simone Ssemwezi, and it was a great reminder of how powerful co-working can be.
Simone is the owner of iinFirm LLC, a concierge services company. She offers healthcare concierge support, bedside concierge services, and community concierge services. If you are caring for aging parents, an elderly family member, or a loved one that needs extra help while also managing your own household, Simone is the kind of support that can make life feel manageable again.
Simone prefers the co-working style, and we are lucky to be close enough to make it happen in person. She lives in the New Haven area, and I live in New Britain, so we met in the middle and had a productive afternoon together. We got a lot done, and we also had the chance to connect more personally, which always makes our ongoing work smoother and more aligned.
During our session, we:
This is the beauty of co-working. It does not have to be in person. It can also be done online on Zoom. We usually co-work weekly, and now we are adding an in-person co-working session at least once a month for extra momentum and clarity.
If you have tasks that keep getting pushed to next week, co-working and accountability might be exactly what you need.
