To determine if you are keeping yourself busy:⁠

• ⁠Is what I’m doing right now necessary? If you are doing something out of habit and it’s not necessary, get rid of it.⁠
• Is the work that I’m doing in my zone of genius? Or should I pass it on to someone else?
• Can an expert take care of this task and do it better and faster?

To determine if you are being productive:⁠

• ⁠Is this a great way to use my time?
• Am I buying back my time if I do this?
• Am I increasing my company’s revenue if I hire someone to handle things I typically do while I work on things that make more money in my business?
• What are my two or three priority projects for the day? 
•  Do I have enough time to do things I enjoy and fill my cup? 
•  Did I spend time moving my business and my life forward?
